Shipping Policy

Optic Souq, a unit of B.N International, ships wholesale orders across India through courier and transport partners.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Processing may take longer during promotions, peak periods, or for large/custom orders.
2. Shipping Coverage and Methods
We deliver across India. Depending on order size, destination, and customer preference, orders may be sent by courier, surface transport, or road transport. Large orders may arrive in more than one package.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹5,000.
- For other orders, charges depend on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method and will be shown at checkout or quoted separately.
- Special transport, express delivery, and re-dispatch charges may be additional.
4. Estimated Delivery
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, government restrictions, courier operations, and other events outside our control may cause delays.
5. Tracking
After dispatch, tracking or transport details will be shared by email, phone, or WhatsApp where available.
6. Address and Delivery Attempts
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provided an incorrect address, re-dispatch charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Shipments
Inspect the shipment at delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, note this with the delivery partner where possible and contact us within 24 hours. Send clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected products. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
