Answers to common questions about ordering wholesale eyewear from Optic Souq.

Who can order from Optic Souq?

Optical shops, opticians, eyewear retailers, dealers and resellers across India. We are wholesale only. You can see prices and order without waiting for approval.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. At least 3 pieces of each model (one colour or mixed colours of that model), and a minimum order value of ₹2,000. Sample kits are exempt from the 3-piece rule: you buy 1 kit.

Are prices visible before I sign in?

Yes. Every price is shown per piece on the product page, and every order comes with a GST invoice.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on prepaid orders in India above ₹5,000. Below ₹5,000, and on COD orders, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, partial COD pan-India on orders above ₹2,000: a small token online at checkout, the balance to the courier, and a 10% COD charge shown at checkout. Prepaid orders have no COD charge.

How fast do you dispatch?

Within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 3–7 working days, and we send the tracking number or LR on WhatsApp after dispatch.

What can I return?

Wrong items, wrong quantities, transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Can I order samples before buying in bulk?

Yes. Visit the Sample Kits collection to compare selected models, colours, fit, and finish before placing a larger order.

How do I choose colours?

When colour variants are available, select them directly on the product page. Some listings also offer assorted packs for easier wholesale buying.

How do I place a bulk or mixed-lot order?

Use the cart for standard orders. For mixed lots, repeat buying, white labelling, or dealer assistance, use the Contact page to speak with the Optic Souq team.

Do you offer white labelling?

White-labelling support, including selected temple printing and barcode-labelling options, is available for qualifying orders and selected models. Contact the team for availability and minimum quantities.

Do you make prescription lenses?

Not yet; prescription lenses are launching soon. Please do not place Rx orders for now.
