Optical frames are the base of an optical counter, since a customer with a new prescription needs a frame for the lenses. Add the other categories in smaller numbers.

Why should I start with sample kits?
A sample kit is one box with one piece of every model in a series. It is sold as a single unit, so the 3-piece MOQ does not apply. It is a low-cost way to put a full series on your counter, see which models customers pick, and reorder only those.

How does the MOQ work?
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) at Optic Souq is 3 pieces per model. It counts per model, not per colour, so you can mix colours of the same model. For example, 2 black and 1 brown of the same frame make 3 pieces and meet the MOQ.
- The whole cart must be at least ₹2,000. This is the minimum order value.
- Sample kits are exempt from the 3-piece MOQ, but they count towards the ₹2,000.
- For reading glasses, each power is a separate product, so buy at least 3 pieces of each power you choose.
With only 3 pieces per model, the same money buys more designs, so a new counter looks fuller.

How do prices and GST work?
Prices on b2bopticsouq.com are shown per piece, and you do not need a login or approval to see them.
Optical frames, frame kits and reading glasses: the price includes 5% GST, and the site shows “Price incl. GST”.
Sunglasses, sunglass kits, clip-ons, display trays, cases and safety glasses carry 18% GST. The site shows the base price plus GST, for example “Rs. 150 + GST”, with the GST-inclusive price below it. Optic Souq pays half of that 18% through an automatic discount at checkout, so on a ₹150 base you pay ₹163.50.

How do I place the order on the website?
You do not need a trade approval to order. Signing in keeps your past orders, so you can pick items from an old order and reorder them. The how to order page shows the same steps one by one.
Open the catalogue. Open the full catalogue or a category page, or start with new arrivals.
Pick colours and quantities. On each product page, choose the colours and quantities you want, at least 3 pieces per model in total.
Long list? Use the order pad. For a long list of models, use the bulk order pad, which is made for whole-counter orders.
Check the cart. Open the cart and check that every model has 3 or more pieces and the total is ₹2,000 or more.
Check out. Enter your delivery address and a mobile number you use on WhatsApp, because tracking is shared there. Pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or choose partial COD.
How does partial COD work?
Cash on delivery is available across India on orders above ₹2,000, as partial COD:
- You pay a small token online at checkout.
- You pay the balance to the courier when the parcel arrives.
- A 10% COD charge applies, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prepaid orders have no COD charge. On COD orders, and on orders below ₹5,000, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout.

How long do dispatch and delivery take?
Optic Souq dispatches orders in 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 3–7 working days. Tracking details, or the LR, are shared on WhatsApp after dispatch.
For a new shop, place the first order at least two weeks before opening day, so there is time to set up your trays. When the parcel arrives, count the pieces against the GST bill the same day, and tell the trade desk straight away if anything is missing or damaged.
