Terms and Conditions - Optic Souq

1. General Information

Optic Souq (Unit of B.N. International) is a wholesale supplier and importer of optical products. The store is intended for optical dealers, retailers, shopkeepers, opticians, resellers and other eligible business buyers. We do not sell to the general public.

2. Payment Terms

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may be paid online or by cash on delivery where COD is available for the selected order and delivery location. Credit or deferred payment terms are not offered unless separately agreed in writing by Optic Souq.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Sample kits: Minimum order is one complete sample kit.
  • Other products: Minimum order is three pieces in total, consisting of one piece per colour across three different colours.
  • Product-specific packs: A product or pack may have a higher mandatory quantity. The quantity shown on the relevant product page or pack option will apply.

4. Minimum Cart Value

The minimum merchandise value for an order is ₹2,000, excluding any shipping or COD charges shown at checkout.

5. Business Verification

Optic Souq may verify that a buyer is an eligible optical retailer, dealer, shopkeeper, optician, reseller or related business. We may request reasonable business or tax information before confirming or dispatching an order.

6. Stock, Pricing and Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to product availability and verification of pricing, quantity, pack configuration and delivery details. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains an evident pricing or quantity error, Optic Souq will contact the buyer before dispatch to agree a correction, substitution or cancellation.

7. Shipping, Returns and Claims

Shipping, delivery, return and damage-claim conditions are governed by the current Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy published on this website. Buyers should review those policies before ordering.

8. Changes to These Terms

Optic Souq may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version published on the website with the latest update date will apply to new orders.
