Optic Souq operates as a B2B wholesale supplier. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

General Policy

All sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or overordering.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive items that are physically defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the defective items
  • A description of the issue

Verified defective items will be replaced or credited against your next order at our discretion.

Wrong Items Dispatched

If we dispatch the wrong models or quantities, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit.

Sample Kits

Sample kits are non-returnable once opened. Please review the kit contents listed on the product page before ordering.
