Refund & Return Policy

Optic Souq is a B2B wholesale supplier. Please inspect product details and quantities carefully before ordering.

1. Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once packed, handed to a courier/transport partner, customized, or specially procured, it cannot normally be cancelled.

2. Eligible Returns

A return may be considered when:

  • the wrong product or quantity was supplied;
  • the product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect; or
  • the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and clear supporting photos.

Keep the products, accessories, labels, and packaging unused and in their original condition while the request is reviewed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change-of-mind or slow-moving stock returns;
  • customized, white-labelled, engraved, or specially procured goods;
  • used, altered, scratched, damaged after delivery, or incompletely returned items;
  • items without original packaging, tags, accessories, or proof of purchase; and
  • minor colour or appearance differences caused by photography, screens, or normal batch variation.

4. Review and Resolution

We will review the evidence and may request additional information or return inspection. If approved, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on stock availability and the circumstances. Do not send goods back until return instructions are provided.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times may be additional. Shipping, handling, payment-gateway, or transport charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or an approved transit-damage claim.

6. Return Shipping

For an approved wrong-item, defective-item, or transit-damage claim, we will confirm the return arrangement. For any return accepted as an exception, return shipping and transit risk may be the customer’s responsibility.
